Carmageddon: Reincarnation

The Plow (Pre-Alpha)

In the drivers and vehicles section of the Reincarnation section of the Carmageddon.com, it has been confirmed that The Plow will return. The plow appeared in Early Access Update 2 on May 7th 2014. It was later textured and considered finished in Update 3 on June 18th 2014. It now has 42 painted on its side as its race number, whereas the original Plow and the Plow 2 were both number 24.

Trivia

• Don has a secret brother, who was planned to be in Carmageddon II but just didn't make it - See Ron Dumpster for details.
• The Plow (MK.1) has the word "Gotcha!" written in red paint on the front scoop. The Plow MK. 2 has the words "Gotcha again!" in the same place.
• The Plow (MK.1) is possibly the only vehicle in the series which does a wheelie if the player sets off too fast.
• In the MK.1's cockpit, there's a Teddy Bear sat to the left. The bear's name is unknown.

Don's Teddy Bear

• As with the Suppressor, The Plow (MK.1) got much larger between Carmageddon and the Splat Pack. In the latter, is the largest vehicle in the game and is one of the biggest vehicles in the whole series.
• Those big wheels are something of a trademark of the earthmover manufacturer Caterpillar, Inc. (a.k.a. CAT), but for the most part The Plow seems to be a fictional machine.
• In the GBC game, the vehicle gets both the British "Plough" and American "Plow" spellings. Only the latter is correct.
• In the PlayStation game, yes, Don's surname really is spelt wrong (as "Dumspter").
