Gameplay effects
Added the following: "It is possible for crushage to have an indirect effect on gameplay - most cars have bonnets which can be bent or twisted upwards, smashable windscreens, or crushable ceilings. Any of these can serve to obscure the in-car view until the damage is repaired." Feel free to rewrite for clarity/accuracy. Two more things to look at:
- 1. Can wing mirrors be smashed?
- 2. Does a damaged chassis, impeding movement, count as crushage or actual damage?

- That looks well explained. As far as I know, the mirrors can't be smashed in any game in the franchise, and as for the second question, I hope the image I'll add to the page will answer it. {EspyoT} 12:59, September 1, 2010 (UTC)
- Excellent, thank you. Added the following for clarification: "While it's possible to twist a car out of shape to the point where it becomes difficult or impossible to drive, that is a function of damage to the chassis, rather than crushage."
