Shredlight was a downloadable vehicle in Carmageddon: Reincarnation, and part of the normal game in Carmageddon: Max Damage. It is driven by Madam Scarlett, and first appears in Group 3, among the second tier of opponents.

Design

Shredlight is based on a 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa. It is colored red and has the race number 11, and features shredders which move back and forward on both sides of the hood. It also has some extra accessories on the wheels and rear.

Trivia

• This vehicle is a successor to the Fearari F666 from the original Carmageddon, which was a red ferrari-based car also driven by Scarlett, and also numbered 11.
• There is an error in the model, a side exhaust is connected to wrong part of the V12-engine.
• Like with all late additions, no concept art for the Shredlight has surfaced. This is case with the Shredlight, Hevy Impaler, Razorbill, Rig O'Mortis and Super Supressor. It is possible there cars were winged.
• Shredlight's early name in development was Fearari GTFO, indicated by a few files being named that, as well as a placeholder description in Text.xml which reads: Driver bio for Madam Scarlett, driver of the Feareri GTFO. Do not translate "Madam Scarlettr" or "Fearari GTFO".
• There is also left over "GTFO 2015" sticker on the windshield.
