The Mine Shitting Ability is a powerup that grants the player the ability to lay mines on the level, from the rear of the car. These mines explode on contact with pedestrians, drones, objects and cars. They differ between Carmageddon II and Carmageddon: TDR 2000.
Carmageddon II
In Carmageddon II, these are circular naval mines that are launched with a bit of strength. They aren't useful as traps, because they explode after 5 seconds, so they're more useful as rear-expelled short-range explosives.

Carmageddon: TDR 2000
In Carmageddon: TDR 2000, they look like land mines, and they are placed calmly without being thrown. These are more useful for traps, because they don't explode with time. They also make beeping sounds, which grow louder as a player approaches them.
Carmageddon 64
As was the case with any other instances of foul language present in Carmageddon II, 64 changes the name of the powerup to Mine Dropping Ability.
