Merciless Cullwing is one of the 30 original vehicles from Carmageddon, driven by Wanda Lust. It first appears among the first batch of opponents and is not stealworthy.

Design

It is a white 1958 Mercedes-Benz 300SL with winged blades placed above each of its wheels. It has the race number 69.

Driver

Wanda Lust is a woman with short blonde hair and black spandex.

Trivia

• Merciless Cullwing is replaced by Killer Kitty in the Splat Pack expansion.
• Most of Merciless Cullwing's description was also used by Killer Kitty.
• Gull-wing doors are car doors hinged at the top rather than the side, the shape of which resemble a gull's wings when opened. To cull something is to kill it (usually an animal) based on certain attributes.
• In the info screen, the car's full name is given as the "Merciless Cullwing", while in the car selection screen it's just "Cullwing", likely due to lack of space. Merciless means 'showing a lack of mercy', but it also starts with 'merc', which is short for Mercedes (known after 1926 as Mercedes-Benz).
• The Mercedes-Benz 300SL model is a soft-top roadster, and not a gullwing as Cullwing's name implies, although earlier models of the 300SL were indeed fitted with gullwing doors.
• Merciless Cullwing is one of three cars to have the 69 race number. The others are: The Buzzmobile, and Limey.
• Wanderlust is the word used to describe people who lust to wander - to travel.
• Wanda Lust's mugshot was based on Annie Lennox.

Design

This design is a smoother version of the one from the original game. UV-mapping of it's windows were improved and it now has reflective windshield.

• Coincidence to her race number or not, her acceleration (0-60mph) is noted as 6.69 seconds.
