English Countryside (also known as Country Road, Dust Bowl, and The Village) is a location in Carmageddon (PlayStation). It first appears in the fifth level from Group 2, Carma McRay.

Manual Description

"A lovely drive through the pleasant English countryside. Don't forget to cause mayhem in the quaint beer garden."

General Info

A rural location with bumpy roads, dirt-filled dumps and farms. Near the south of the area there's a small village, to the north there's a gate to an unknown location but appears to be for manor, and southeast there's a pub. There's also a dried channel that goes through the entire middle of the map.

Trivia

• Caddy Fat Cat is featured in the level's loading screen.
• The file name of the level is "RALLY".
• The level Pub Cruel's location is named as "Dust Bowl". This exact same name is used for the final mission, Desert Storm, which takes place in the Aztec location.
