Description
"Do not doubt the power of Voodoo, Mun!"

Witch Doctor is one of the 50 original cars from Carmageddon: TDR 2000. It first appears in missions from the Docks, and only becomes a regular opponent in the Military Zone.

Design

It is a customized black 1949 Mercury Coupe with a voodoo-styled livery, chrome hubcaps and white wall tires. Most notable difference to Mercury, Witch Doctor's bumper has five bumper guards opposed to two. It also has custom side exhaust pipes. The name of the driver, "DR. Mambo", is on top of its bonnet and back. The car also has the number 43 on top and chrome emblem that reads "Eastwood".

Performance

Witch Doctor is a weak vehicle overall, with lackluster offense capabilities and low acceleration, making it struggle in both racing and wrecking. The good side of this car is its top speed, being able to reach 274mph fully upgraded and with a respectable weight of 2.5 tons, it can push around smaller vehicles[1].

Driver

The driver, named "Doctor Mambo", is a modified Max Damage with his entire body painted white, and with black makeup on his eyes and mouth. He wears a black and white-striped hat, black jacket, and brown pants.

Mission Appearances

Witch Doctor is the vehicle who appears the most in the game's missions, having the same role in each one, being a hindrance that does not need to be destroyed.

It first appears in the Docks' first and second missions (Juice Up alongside McKilem, and Clear the Deck alongside SXE Black Hatch)

It later appears in Back of Beyond's third mission (No Nukes is Good Nukes) alongside SuperCharger and Throb Rod.

Finally, its last mission appearance is in the Bridge (The Great Divide), where it appears alongside Femme Fatal, McKilem, and SXE Black Hatch.
