Bleak City Business District (also known as Bleak City Financial District) is a location in the original Carmageddon. Although it is the first level, and the player first encounters it at Rank 99, it is one of three levels unlocked at the start of the game, so may not be the first one played.
General Info
An inner-city area, this district is made up of streets and skyscrapers, signs and billboards. There is also a large grassy area.
The main landmark is Bleak City's Football stadium - there's even a game in progress, with various football players on standby. The southeast corner of the stadium has a Electro-Bastard Ray powerup that can be used to decimate all the players quickly. Outside, a small body of water is at the east entrance (full of mines and car wrecks), with a metal bridge to cross it.
