Big Wig is one of the 50 original cars from Carmageddon: TDR 2000. It first appears in HiRise, being encountered halfway through the game.

Design

It is a blue Kenworth W900i truck. On its sides, it has prison count bars, and decals of a bikini-clad woman riding a rocket.

Performance

Big Wig is the heaviest vehicle that can be purchased during the career at 14 tons. Master Mine and Da Panzer are heavier, but they are only unlocked by beating the game. It can destroy most opponents with ease, however its top speed only reaches 187mph fully upgraded, making it not a great choice for racing, or certain missions.

Driver

The driver, named "Kenn Worst" in the files, is similar in appearance to the drivers of Gorvette and Limey, but with another face and slightly different undershirt.

Trivia

• Big Wig's file name is "Semi". Its textures are named "Kenworth"
• Big Wig = Slight change to 'Big Rig'. Also means 'a person of importance to a group or organization'.
• The driver's name is a pun on "Kenworth", the model of the truck.
• Big Wig is similar to Mother Trucker's Semi MK.2, with the red wavy line decal on its sides being most notable, but an early render shows that the original model lacked the decals.
• Inside the files for Big Wig there is an info .txt file for an earlier iteration of the vehicle, with several elements taken from the Spectre:
